Majolica Majorca Spring 2008 - Trick On Eyes

Majolica Majorca released new collection!! And i was so attracted to this collection so much bcuz :
1) The ads are pretty!!
2) This time it consists of 4 shadows instead of the usual palette with 3 shadows+1 eyeliner/cream shadow which is quite useless.
3) I seldom buy Greenish shadows!

Overall there are 3 eyeshadow palettes, mascara, and lipglosses in this collection.However, i only bought 2 of the eyeshadow palette..others doesnt interest me much though...

First of all, isn't the box pretty??
It's small, portable and it's so easy to use because it shows application steps at the back of the box, how nice :)

This palette consists of a very pretty green, dark green, pearly white, and a very special trick on eyes - gold irrediscent.
The colours are pretty and has very good staying power..

Grabbed some photos from a blog which was taken from some taiwanese mag which explains very clearly about this palette.

And even shows you how to apply !
Now after learning this you can go ahead and take ur own ads :P
However, i dont follow the steps as i dun have such pretty eyes :(

This look very normal and unattractive..
but believe me i'm sure u'll like it - for that girlish side of u.. :)

Swatch -
This palette consists of 1) very pretty pink which WILL NOT make ur eyes puffy, the glitters are very tiny and not those disco balls glitters ,
2) A pearly creamy white
3) A dark maroon for liner
4) Trick on powder - This is gorgeous! it has purplish irrediscent,
when applied it gave different colours from different direction, sometimes purple, sometimes pink..gorgeous~~

And out of my 6 palettes, i lurve this new collection the most!

After trying majorlica majorca for the first time i couldnt help myself but to buy more more MORE of their stuff! they are simply gorgeous~ and the golden logo really did attracted me alot.. Majolook - BR762 , From left - Gold, olive gold, golden brown

Majolook - BL763, From left White with purplish sparkles(very very pretty!),baby blue, denim blue

Honey pump gloss - PK110 ( a very clear lipgloss)

Lash expander x15 mascara

Perfect for casual outings and they are full of sparkles!~ pretty indeed :)

Majomajo's lipgloss is sooo tiny that i was so surprised when i received it.. it looked quite big in the photos 0.o, but it's very very cute indeed. I also bought Silkygirl's juicy fruity lipgloss in cherry tea and look at how both of them differ in size! and silkygirl's lipgloss is so cheap also only RM9.90 after discount..However silkygirl's gloss have this very weird smell & taste that made me felt dizzy and uncomfortable, the colour is nice though and the gloss is not very sticky. While majomajo's lipgloss smell & taste nice!~ light fruity smell & taste.. but i think i chose the wrong colour.. this colour looks very common.. it's just like a very clear gloss..should have chose a more pigmented colour.

Silkygirl lipgloss , rating : 5/10 ( the smell is too overwhelming)

Majolica majorca's lipgloss , rating : 7/10 ( a bit more sticky than silkygirl's but the shine is glasslike and easier to be applied compared to silkygirl's..this is smoother)

Majomajo lash expander

Rating : 9/10

This is a great mascara!! holds curl and just like what it promised to do.. lengthen my lashes up to 15x as long as my normal lashes and made my lashes look black, thick & long...holds curl well..and it had a comb applicator which can make my lashes look 根根分明. The negative side is it's very very VERy hard to remove!!

This reminds me , eleanor always asked me how to remove mascara but i didn't answer her properly..so here goes..

1. Apply vaseline on ur lashes using a cotton bud or ur fingers

2. Wet facial cotton with eye makeup remover

3. Press the facial cotton on ur eyes for about 5 seconds then lightly wipe off..voila~ done!

or if u have eye makeup remover for waterproof makeup then u can skip the vaseline part..

for majomajo lash expander..i have to use vaseline -> eye makeup remover -> cleasing oil -> eye makeup remover then only can remove @_@

MAC loud lash in Boom brown , MAC zoom lash in Zoomblack

Wand is too big, pull down my curls, doesn't really lengthen nor volumise..quite a big disappointment for MAC.. ><

Beaute de Kose Eye color Classure - Mulberry Lilac

The eyeshadows are very very smooth and very easy to apply! a very sweet colour.. Casing is very very classy too..

Majolica Majorca Majolook Palette

They Are finally here~!

I bought 3 of them, 2 majolook palettes and 1 eyeshadow SV821. Felt so happy that i finally had my hands on them...but too bad it's not being sold in malaysia.. i have to order all the way from japan/taiwan to get it..this is way too troublesome and i dun even have the chance to test them myself.

the packaging looks really pretty but all the instructions and wordings are all in japanese... this is a disadvantage!! >.<

For VI261 Majolook, the colours are really pretty~ The top part is a cream eyeshadow which is ideal for highlighting, starting from left is silver,purple and black. They are really shiny and gives a polished look. The colours are quite pigmented.

For BR731 Dollseries Majolook, The top part is gel eyeliner.. i think it's kinda like bobbi brown gel eyeliner but of cuz the quality is not as good as bobbi's. In the palette contains a small eyeliner brush and a eyeshadow applicator. The colours are actually not as i've expected.. the pigmentation is so-so, but the powders are silky smooth and it does give a very natural look, ideal for casual makeup.

All and all.. i feel that MM eyeshadow quality are almost similar to KATE, so i guess buying KATE would be much easier as i can buy them in Malaysia.

The eyeshadow palette that i ordered finally reached Malaysia!!! I ordered Majolook 小夜曲VI261..isn't the colours look pretty? I even thought that the logo of mojolica majorca looks cool. And their webpage is awesome!! After browsing through their webpage i realised thier products are sold chapter by chapter.. meaning most of them are limited edition, thus that makes more people aiming at their products!! That is why majomajo is known as one of the most popular cosmetic brand in Japan. Heard everybody are commenting on how great Majomajo is and that it is quite affordable. Well... i still can't give any comments because i still did not get the item that i ordered.... :P

Then i came accross Chapter 14 by Majomajo~ Like A Doll ...I couldn't believe it.. i only started to collect it at chapter 14?! I'm so way behind!! Anyways, The dolls look sooooo pretty! i'm totally in love.. i soo want to buy everything from the series~ hahaha but i know i can't...well here are the dolls :

And so i decided to buy the brown one... simply becuz i love the makeup of the antique doll( The doll wearing green ribbon)...she's wearing the brown eyeshadow. The eyeshadow of the girly doll is too pink.. i don't think i would dare to wear that colour :)
